Being “skinny” is not a goal that I ever want to reach, I just want to be strong and healthy. I want to put up weekly motivation and exercises that anyone at any level of fitness can do. The focus should never be to be stick thin, it should be on being fit. Being the best that YOU can be! Who cares what anyone else thinks? Even if all you can do is go for a 5 minutes walk it doesn’t matter, remember you are still lapping everyone one the couch.
