First I want to say I am NOT a professional baker or fitness trainer, I’m just an average person sharing what I love. For me baking has always been a passion, but in the last couple of years I have ventured out and started attempting my own recipes. I have all these ideas running through my head all the time, sometimes they work and other times they don’t :(. I promise to never share the ones that don’t! If I have free time or a very stressful day I bake, it’s what I do.
As for the fitness part I can’t say it has always been a passion. Growing up I was involved in martial arts and when I was old enough I enlisted in the national guard. Now do not take that as me loving working out, in fact I hated it. If you would have told me 10 years ago that I would look forward to going for a jog or working out I would have said you were crazy!Things change, motivations change, and sometimes things just change for the better.
Everything takes time and no one is perfect. Sometimes all you need is to find something or someone to help motivate you or encourage you to try new things. It doesn’t matter if it is trying a new recipe or trying a new exercise, all that matters is that you try your best. It is hard motivating yourself but it can be done. Hopefully this blog can help you find the motivation and encouragement you need.
