Fitness challenge: 30 Day Plié V raise

I did not forget about a challenge for March, I just have been sick and haven’t been posting. for March we are going to do arms AND legs. We are going to be doing the Plié V raise. If you don’t know how to do it click HERE. As usual there are two versions so pick the one that you feel more comfortable with.
