Fitness challenge: 30 Day Dumbbell Swing
In preparation for December I am posting the December 30 day challenge. I was feeling cleaver (well goofy) so I decided we will have Dumbbell December. Well, technically it is Dumbbell Swing December. This exercise is great to work out your lower body with one simple movement. This move works your glutes, hamstrings, and your quads just with the use of one dumbbell. Good luck!
