Fitness challenge: 30 Day Curtsy Squat aka Cross Behind Lunge

In preparation for November I am posting the next 30 day Challenge!! Apparently Last month I forgot to put one so I apologize, it wont happen again! This month we are going to do the Cross Behind Lunge challenge (it has been brought to my attention that some people call this a curtsy squat) If you are unsure how to do this move click here.
