Fitness challenge: 30 Day Twisting Knee Tuck Challenge
In preparation for September I am posting the next 30 day Challenge. This month we are going to do the Twisting Knee Tuck Challenge. This exercise is pretty much like taking a plank and just adding a little hop to it 🙂 If you are unsure how to do this move just click here.
