Fitness challenge: 30 Day Just Abs Challenge
In preparation for Friday I am posting the next 30 day Challenge. This month we are going to do an Ab challenge. This challenge is a little more advanced than my previous challenges because it focuses on 3 different moves instead of just one like before. Below you will find the Beginner and Advanced version of these challenges. There are built in breaks to allow your muscles to recover.
