Fitness challenge: 30 Day Mountain Climber Challenge

In preparation for the new week starting Monday I am posting Next months 30 day challenge. June’s challenge? The mountain climber 🙂 If you are unsure how to do this exercise click here. This exercise is wonderful for working out your core, leg muscles, and butt. Below you will find the beginner and advanced versions of this challenge.
