Fitness challenge: 30 Day Tricep Dip Challenge

Finally the stars have aligned and I finally am able to post a 30 day challenge prior to a new month starting!! This months challenge is the tricep dip challenge. You will curse me the entire time you are doing these but your arms will thanks me. If you are unsure on how to do these properly click here. Have fun!
