Quick and Easy Chocolate Bowls

IMG_0681 What do you get when you mix together boredom, chocolate, and balloons?….Chocolate bowls of course! Making these sound like they might be a little complicated but they are not. Your first few might not come out all that pretty, but practice makes perfect. It really is as simple as melt chocolate, dunk balloon, chill and set.  Your local craft shop should have various melting chocolates in different flavors and colors, so have fun with this.  The size you blow up your balloon will be what determines the size of your bowl. For a nice small treat making them the size of a tennis ball works nicely. I used mine as an ice cream bowl and it was just delicious. I mean you can really do anything with these bowls: fill them with fruit and whipped topping, pudding, brownie a la mode, the combinations are endless. Below I have included step by step instructions on how to make these bowls. I have been told that printing recipes off my blog can be a pain so I have placed the recipe as a jpeg so that you can click and print just the recipe. Enjoy 🙂

I like to joke that I am "a well of useless information" but for once I can share that information with people that might want to listen. I love trying new things and now I have an audience to share it with...hopefully. I hope you enjoy what you read :)
