A Little Holiday Motivation
It is easy to become so wrapped in the holiday rush that you forget to take time out to workout. I can admit I am guilty of this, but it is OK! The most important thing to remember is that today is another day, so just forgive yourself and keep trying. Also, don’t forget that you have probably been spending hours running around carrying bags full of presents…you worked out without even trying!
