I do apologize for slacking this weekend on my posts. It is Finals Week and during this time it is hard to find any motivation to do anything other than hide in a corner and weep. I find that it is hard for people to eat well or even exercise this week because of the intense cramming sessions, so here is some motivation to keep you going! No giving up on yourself allowed!! You got this! And I promise the rest of the week will be full of more workouts and tasty treats to help you get over a hectic week!
