Fitness Challenge: Dumbbell Squat Thrust
As promised here is a 30 day challenge to add in to your day. I have 2 different levels Beginner and Advanced. If you are unsure of the level to start at I say start at Beginner because these may look easy but they are not! Great 30 day full body exercise, specifically building on explosive movements primarily in the legs. This exercise will raise the metabolism of the body more than any single-muscle exercise(ie. dumbbell curls), meaning quicker digestion of nutrients aka quality weight loss. There is a beginner or advanced routine to complement one’s exercise intensity.
